Every Day Make Up and a Summer Dress

Heyy Everyone..
I woke up this morning, there were blue sky's, birds were singing and I could feel the heat coming through the window. YES I thought we finally have our summer, the rain is no more. To celebrate such an occasion I decided to wear a summer dress I bought from Asda that ive been dying to wear but couldnt (btw Asda has some gorgeous summer clothes in atm)

This is the dress, sorry about the picture it was just taken very quick before I left the house. Its a navy dress with red stars all over, and has two cut out bits at the sides. Its so comfy to wear and so summery I love it. I think it cost about £15.00 so not bad.

Heres my FOTD, this is the look ive been going for most days recently.

Heres some the products I used to achieve this look, and find myself grabbing most days.

Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation in shade 400 Natural Beige - This is too dark for me so that's why ive been mixing my foundations. I hated this when I first bought it and im not sure if that's because its not my shade or the actual product itself. I wont be repurchasing, going back to my holy grail foundation that is healthy mix serum.

Bourjois 10 hour sleep effect foundation in 72 Rose Clair - This foundation is a perfect and I mean perfect colour match for me when I haven't got a tan. Its very lightweight, sinks into the skin lovely and you don't feel like your wearing foundation at all. Perfect if you like the natural look. I would buy this again, maybe for a holiday during the day.

Mac Zoom Lash in black - I'm not one for higher end mascaras at all usually but I won this in a give-away and I love how it makes my lashes nice and long and black without allot of effort. I would buy this again.

Smashbox Halo yellow colour correcting powder - This is already my second pot of this. I set my make up with it and it evens out the skin beautifully. I will be buying again.

SBC Blusher - This is a light pink blusher I got when I was doing my make up course and it was in the kit I bought from collage. Im not sure where you would buy it or if you even can, but I thought I may as well use it since I have it.

Laura Geller Shadow/liner in Unearthed/Dutch Chocolate - Stunning eye-shadow, one side is a goldy colour with bits of brown, the other side is a rich chocolate brown. I sweep the gold over the lid then add the darker brown to the crease.

Sleek Sheen Lipstick in Barely There - I cannot get enough of this lipstick, its been my go to lipstick for a while now. Its a gorgeous peachy pink colour. and so easy to wear.

Needless to say we didn't get a full day of sun, I managed to just get home before the rain started once more. Great British summer for you.

Hope everyone is well and enjoying the weekend

February and March Empties

Heyy Everyone...
Second post of the day ooooh you very lucky peeps :P
So I think I blinked February was over, I was wayy into March when I remembered my empties post was extremely late so I thought I would just do a joint Feb/March instead.

Palmers Cocoa Butter - Love this and will be buying more.

1 big can of tropical Batiste and 1 smaller can in Diva - Batiste is a must have and ive already bought more.

Right Guard xtreme Dry anti-perspirant

Neutrogena visibly clear spot stress control foam wash - This was a nice enough foam wash but it done nothing to help clear my trouble skin. I doubt ill repurchase.

Soap and Glory Foam Call - Really nice wash, with the gorgeous Soap and Glory smell. Will buy again.

Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser - I bought this after hearing all the hype, I loved using it, it smells so fresh and clean. I just didnt use it regular enough to get the full benefits. I dont think ill repurchase any time soon.

Pro:voke touch of silver shampoo and silver revitalising dry shampoo - This is by far the best purple shampoo ive ever used, it takes all brassy tones out of my hair and I just love it. A staple for me now, Ive already bought more.

Schwarzkopf Supersoft volumising hairspray - Yeah I liked this hairspray and would buy again. To be honest I just tend to grab whatever hairspray is closest.

Tony & Guy shine enhance conditioner - I loved putting loads of this on my hair and leaving it on like a mask, it made my hair feel so soft. Would deffo buy it again.

Laurens Way self tanning mousse - Gutted when this ran out, my favourite fake tan by far. Must order more.

Philosophy purity one step facial cleanser - Really nice product, would buy again.

Smashbox Halo yellow colour correcting hydrating powder - I LOVE this, I was so scared at the word yellow, but it doesnt show up yellow on the skin at all. I used this to set my make up and I think it gives such a gorgeous finish. Already bought more, I couldnt be without it.

Kate Moss perfume - Just the original one that comes in a pink box. Love the smell this is my second bottle, would happily buy again.

Almay sunless tanning mist - I was really imprseed with this because usually I hate tanning mists and sprays but this I loved.

Osiris exfoliating face wipes - Very dry and nothing exfoliating about them. Would not buy again

Collection 2000 lasting perfection concealer - LOVE this concealer, it beats any other I own or have ever used hands down. Already bought more.

So there you have it, it looks like allot but for two months worth I think its pretty poor. Must try harder this month.
