Superdrug Haulage

Heyy Everyone...
I popped into Superdrug today, I used the last of my Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation this morning, and im very low on my Revlon Colourstay so I really needed a new foundation, I also ran out of my Lasting Perfection concealer so needed more of that too.

I decided I wanted to try a new foundation id never used before, a decision I usually regret *cough Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation Cough* because I do love the Healthy Mix so much, but I also like to experiment and mix up my products.

I decided to go for the Rimmel 25 hour foundation in shade 200 Soft Beige £6.99 and because I spent over £6.00 on Rimmel I got a free Rimmel Glam Eyes Liquid Liner. I also picked up Rimmel Lash Accelerator Mascara, this is one of my favourite mascaras £7.99.

Ive been eyeing the Kate Lipsticks for a while now, but never bought one until today. I picked up
the shade 101, a nice dusky pink colour really easy to wear ill be doing a FOTD with it soon. £5.49

The Olay skincare was on sale so I picked up some eye makeup remover £1.52 and a Olay Toner £2.40. I also got some Nivea wipes, cotton wool pads and a new Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer.

Im really excited to try the foundation and lipstick, ill do a post soon on what I think. Ive also got a haircare post coming up too.

Hope your all well, Friday tomorow... these weeks just fly by.

Few Cheeky Primark Buys

Heyy Everyone...
I dont know about you but ive been so unimpressed with Primark the last about five times ive been in. I popped in today with my hopes not very high but I actually spotted a few really nice pieces so of course I picked them up (be rude not to)

Heres what I bought;

First top is a gorgeous navy blue peplum top with lovely beaded neck detail. This cost £10.00. I love these tops because they are super flattering and can be dressed up or down so easily.

Second top is a sheer pink shirt/blouse with a very cute black bow and lace detail down the front. I love the hot pink but they also do this top in white and black. Cant wait to wear this with my faux disco pants :P This top also cost £10.00.

Next top is a long grey vest top type that has all tassles down the front. It reminded me of a dress I saw in Topshop and nearly bought. This also comes in black with gold coloured tassles. This cost £7.00.

And lastly I picked up a pair of hot pink flats that have a big flower on the front. They cost £8.00.

So that is all for my little splurge today, hope you like what I got I cant wait to wear it all. Hopefully ill get some OOTD's.

Hope your all well... and its fridayyy woooo. Any nice plans for the weekend??? Im getting my roots done and thats about all I know so far.

Small Next Haul

Heyyy Everyone...
Well how bad is British summer?? None stop rainage. You never know how to dress each day, one minute rain the next scorching sun.
So that in mind I popped into Next yesterday, not really looking for anything not even thinking I was going to buy anything but that all changed when I seen this;

I'm not normally a jumper kinda girl as I never find one that's very flattering to my shape but this is very lightweight so I thought id go try it on and see what I thought.
Obviously the first things that attracted me was the lovely light pink  colour and all the sparkle, but it actually feels really nice on too. The material feels lovely on your skin and its wider round the neck and I love that, think its very flattering. Its also quite long so can be worn with leggings.

Next I spotted a pair of shoes that go with this jumper perfect so I had to buy them too right??

Again it was love at first sparkle with the big broach thingy on the front, but in all honesty once I slipped them on my feet.. oh my god they feel like slippers.
I have flat shoes that kill my feet, and I get so frustrated because isn't the point of a flat shoe comfort? Maybe its because every pair of flats ive ever owned have been Primark, I don't know.

So the jumper cost £32.00 and the shoes £25.00. Thats allot more than I would usually spend on a jumper and pair of flats but I do really love them, and im hoping spending a little more on my day clothes will make them last longer and make me wear them more instead of wearing them once and forgetting about them.

Hope you liked this mini haul. Have you bought anything nice recently?? I have bag full of goodies on the River Island website but not pressed that checkout button just yet :D

Hope your all well

Quick Catch up and Haul

Heyy Everyone...
Guess whos back, back again, shadys back.. tell a friend :P
Omg it feels like ive been away from Blogging for so long. Ive moved house and it was so hectic and stressful but thankfully im feeling allot more settled now and I love my new house soooo much. Sometimes I have to pinch myself that I have it.
My bedroom is now smaller sooo before the big move I had to downsize quite allot. I went through my wardrobe, shoe collection and make up. I made a bag of stuff for my mum, sold some on Ebay and the rest went the charity shop.
Now... what does every fellow shopaholic do when she has a clear out?? yes she goes shopping. Its like oooh look I have abit of space in my wardrobe I now need to fill it with new pretty things. Im sure you all understand.

I did have a teensy weensy excuse for the shopping, my uncles wedding is in August. The first pic your going to see is my dress, accessories and shoes I plan on wearing for the wedding.

This whole outfit is from Primark. The dress caught my eye straight away, the skirt is a gorgeous pinky orange colour and I got the dress in a size bigger just so the skirt bit wasnt so tight. I do have to sit all day and night in it so being comfy is very important.
They also had shoes to match in the exact colour of the skirt part of the dress. Perfect.

The pink peplum dress and shirt with sequin collar are both from a random shop in Liverpool. Im loving the peplum tops and dresses that are around now, I think they look really nice and classy. I've not worn mine yet but I cant wait to.
The yellow dress, black top with white bow and pink skirt are from Primark. Im wearing the black top and pink skirt this Saturday as im out going to watch a Beatles tribute band, im so excited. Hopefully ill get some pics and do a OOTN.

Hope your all doing well, ive missed you all so much. Blogging now resumes as normal and I cant wait to catch up with everyone.

Birthday Haulin n Shopping

Heyy Everyone..
So last Saturday the 25th of Feb I turned the grand old age of 27... aaahhhh is that really as old as it sounds. I feel like I'm officially late 20s AND 30 is reeling me in and just cant wait to get its grubby little mitts on me :P
I must say tho it was one of my best birthdays to date, as much as I love receiving my presents I'm very much a girl of simple things and the fact I was brought breakfast in bed (the first time ever) and given handmade cards really did melt my heart and put the biggest smile on my face. I also got a visit from my Grandad who lives in London and he had a lovely bunch of flowers, chocolates and wine for me.. yum!!
I spent the day eating lovely food and then had a night out with some my friends. I totally abandoned my camera so no pics from the night unfortunately but I'm out this Saturday with some more friends and I'm going to try remember my camera.

So now on to the more superficial but exciting all the same birthday goodies. Ive been a really naughty blogger and opened some things and put them away but anyway ill show you what I can...

So here's what I could gather from my presents/shopping day. Theres allot of pics but ill go into more detail on some items on a separate post. Don't want to bore you on this one. My favourite atm are my red glitter Vans, I'm not even a flats kinda girl but these have not been off my feet. They are sooooo sparkly, I cant stop looking at them.

Hope you like what I got, any questions about anything feel free to ask, or if you would like a more in depth post on anything just let me know.

Happy Friday everyone... yeyyyy its officially the weekend.

Primark and Superdrug Haul... Yeyyyyy

Heyy Everyone..
Uh oh its that time again, I went shopping and spent more than expected.. but oh well nothing I can do bout it now ;) haha.

I actually ran out of my Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum foundation so I actually needed to buy more. When I got to Superdrug you could get 3 for 2 on all Bourjois so I picked up another foundation id never tried before and also one on their Mascaras I really liked the look of.

1 Bourjois 10 hour sleep effect foundation - shade 72 Rose Clair
1Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum Foundation - shade 53 Light Beige
1 Bourjois Elastic Mascara - Black
2 MUA Eyeliners - 1 brown, 1 black
2 MUA Blushers - 1 Shade 5, 1 Shade 6
1 MUA Nailpolish

I also picked up a few MUA goodies, I couldn't resist, and I'm actually really impressed with the blushers. They are lovely colours and go on really nice. At £1.00 each defo worth a try.

Next up Primark

I don't need another dress but when I saw this I couldn't resist. I love the colours and patterns, when I tried it on its a very clingy material but still a nice fit. Id wear it now with tights and even in the summer. One of the best things about this dress is the price - £10... would be rude not to.

As a girl who's style is very different depending on my mood, its hard to pin point what my 'style' actually is but id say most of my taste is quite girly. I love pink, sparkle, dresses, fur... so I was never even tempted by the whole Barbour/Quilted Jacket trend. That was until I saw a leopard print one in Primark ON SALE!! I tried it on and its not the most flattering thing for my shape but I do really love it for my casual days. It looks really orangey coloured in the pics but its not in person. It was £10... yes ten pounds for a coat and because its thin, it will do for even when it gets abit warmer. Can you tell I'm wishing for the summer to be here :D

I'm not really a shirt person as much as id love to be because I do really love the look. I tried this on with the item I'm going to show you next and I just LOVE how they look. This cost £10.00.

Ahhh im soooooo excited about these babies. I actually nabbed myself a pair of leather trousers, or faux leather probably but I don't mind. Ive been after a pair for agessss and have had to settle for the leather look leggings. I tried them on with the striped shirt above and I love the two together. I love the zip detail at the front too. They cost £16, what a bargain.

I needed a new purse desperate, so after looking at the Paul's Boutique ones, falling in love then deciding I just cant justify that money on a purse I picked up this really cute leopard print one for £4.00. The inside is bright pink too.

Ok your seeing one of my fashion guilty pleasures here. They wasn't every ones cup of tea when they were 'in' and now I don't even think they are in fashion no more and I'm still buying them. Yes I'm talking about the Harem Pants. My bf hates them and usually he does not comment on my clothes at all haha. I'm aware there weird looking, probably not that flattering but they are so god damn comfy. I really don't know what it is that keeps me buying them and wearing them. Hopefully one day I will stop haha. They cost £7.00.

So here it is, my little guilty shopping trip, hope you enjoyed. Its taken me so long to do this post because blogger was being a royal pain in the backside, better late than never tho :)

MASSIVE Haul

Heyy everyone,
My camera finally arrived today and im over the moon with it. Its a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W50, I got it in pink and so far so good im a very happy bunny.

While I been away I done loads of shopping and I cant wait to show you because im so pleased with the things I got, infact im sure theres more to show lingering about but this will do for now.
Ive also picked up loads of hair care products that I will show in a separate post.

So time to crack on - First stop Internacional

These two tops were £12.99 each, and I think they would be great for daytime.

Next up River Island Online Sale

I absolutely LOVE the River Island online sales, I think they are the best sales iv'e ever seen. When I was last in the shop I was instantly drawn to the Glamour Is Forever top, but the £40 price tag made me put it back, I could never spend that on a day top soooo you can imagine my excitement when I seen it in the sale for £15. I also picked up a pair of garish and tacky leopard print trousers they were £10

Next up New Look

This dress really is something I would never normally buy, never been a fan of high necklines but I adored the pattern and colours. Once I tried it on to my surprise I loved it, it screams 60's and ive already wore it a couple of times. I got it on sale for £14.99.

Next we have my Primark goodies - Theres ALLOT

First up I bought two midi skirts. Now these are very hit and miss with allot of people (me included) I never thought I could pull them off and look cool instead of like a granny. I gave them a go anyway and in the changing room I really liked them on, I couldnt decide what colour I liked best so I got both. One black, one a rusty orange colour. They were £10 each.

Ive seen leather skirts about loads recently and really love the look of them. Im not actually sure when I will wear this and what with just yet but I really like it. £14.00

This is one of my favorite of all ive bought. Its a tiger print dress and it cost only £10. I got it in a size bigger because I will be wearing it daytime probably so didnt want it too tight. Now all I need is my invite to Joey Essex' party haha.

Shiny black leggings, go with anything £6.00. Bargain!!

This top is sooo pretty, its see through with all these gorgeous beads on. Im thinking of teaming this with one my midi skirts but im so unsure what to wear under it. Black top or nude?? Cant decide!! It cost £12.00

More animal print but seriously how cute is this bag. Cost £11.00

Lastly the shoes. If your after some party glitter shoes theres LOADS in Primark atm so check them out. The first pair also come as a peep toe but I wanted me tootsies covered, they are a black wedge with a sort of satin finish and a black glitter heel, really christmassy. They cost £16.00. The second pair are just my babies bright pink glitter and bows on the front soooo cute. Like Dorothy shoes only pink, they cost £6.00.

Last but not least ill show you a little Ebay item I won

Its a River Island dress and I won it for £2.70!!!!!! Such a bargain, it looks great on, love it!!!!

So thats it for now guys n gals. So glad to be back blogging, Ill be going the Illamasqua launch this weekend so I should have a great post coming up about that, I cant wait.
